Profile
Your profile contains your personal account information. The details you set here are associated with your account and appear in exported load plan reports.
Accessing Profile Settings
- Click Settings in the left sidebar
- Select Profile
Updating Your Name
Your full name appears in the "Prepared by" field on exported PDF reports. If you work in a team and produce reports for customers or internal handoffs, using your real name makes it clear who prepared the plan.
To update your name:
- Click in the Full Name field
- Edit the name
- Click Save Changes
The change takes effect immediately. Future PDF exports will use the new name.
Updating Your Email Address
Your email address is your login identifier and where LOP sends notifications and invoices.
To change your email:
- Enter the new email address in the Email field
- Click Save Changes
- A verification email is sent to the new address
- Click the link in the verification email to confirm
Your login email is not updated until verification is complete. If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
If you lose access to your current email address before verifying the new one, contact support at support@lop.tools to manually update your email. Always verify the new address promptly after initiating a change.
Changing Your Password
To change your password:
- In the Profile settings, click Change Password
- Enter your current password — this is required to verify your identity
- Enter your new password — minimum 8 characters. Strong passwords include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Enter the new password again in Confirm New Password
- Click Update Password
LOP does not display your current password and cannot retrieve it for you. If you have forgotten your current password, log out and use the Forgot Password link on the sign-in page to reset it via email.
After a successful password change, you remain logged in on the current device. Other active sessions (other browsers or devices) are not automatically logged out, but will require the new password on next login.
Profile Photo
LOP does not currently support profile photos. Your initials are displayed as an avatar in the navigation and on team management screens.
Account Information
The Profile page also shows read-only account information:
- Account created — the date your account was registered
- Current plan — your active subscription tier, with a link to billing settings
- Organization — the organization your account belongs to
Deleting Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Scroll to the bottom of the Profile settings
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm by typing your email address in the confirmation dialog
Account deletion is immediate and permanent. All your plans, items, templates, and uploaded files are deleted and cannot be recovered. If your account is on a paid subscription, deleting it cancels the subscription without a refund.
Export all plans and data you want to keep before deleting your account.
Account deletion is not available if you are the sole Admin of an organization with other members. Transfer Admin role to another member first, or remove all other members before deleting your account.
