Free

The Free tier is available to all accounts permanently. It gives you access to the core optimizer and 3D editor with enough capacity to evaluate the platform or handle very occasional planning needs.

Usage limits:

• 3 load plans per calendar month
• 20 items per plan
• 1 container per plan

Features included:

• Quick Plan and Smart Plan optimization modes (Maximum Fill requires Professional or above)
• 3D editor with full visualization and manual editing
• Basic PDF export (no cover page branding, no AI insights section)

Professional is designed for individual logistics planners and small teams who need the full LOP feature set without enterprise-scale capacity.

• 50 load plans per calendar month
• Unlimited items per plan
• Unlimited containers per plan
• Up to 5 team members

Everything in Free, plus:

• Maximum Fill optimization mode (full 3-stage pipeline, up to 60s)
• STEP/CAD file import for irregular items (up to 500 MB per file)
• AI analysis: plan narrative and improvement suggestions via Claude AI
• ERP/WMS import: SAP IDoc XML, Oracle WMS Cloud CSV, generic Excel/CSV with auto-mapping
• Full PDF export (cover page, all sections, AI insights, multi-container diagrams)

• Bulk plan operations (archive, export, delete multiple plans)

Support: priority email support, 4-hour response time during business hours

Enterprise

Enterprise is for large organizations that need custom integrations, compliance guarantees, or volume pricing that goes beyond the standard Business tier.

Everything in Business, plus:

• REST API access for programmatic plan creation and data retrieval
• Custom webhook integrations for plan completion events
• Dedicated Customer Success Manager
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) with guaranteed uptime and response times
