Changelog
2026-10-22
- The Plan settings window has a section list for Transport & handling and Constraints. Open it below the analysis panel, from the settings button on a phone or through the command palette.
- Cargo keeps its full colour in every visible container, including shared views. Focus another container before selecting or moving its cargo.
- The editor has higher-contrast self-presence initials and viewport dimension labels in both themes, and item-row warning icons expose their labels to assistive technology.
2026-10-21
- Transport & handling and Constraints are together in Plan settings.
- The score and analysis panels can be resized with the pointer or keyboard; panel sizes are remembered in this browser.
- Validate findings are grouped into collapsible categories with hard and soft counts. Hard only hides soft cards.
- Container-aware palletization now uses the measured Best Fit (Auto) layer count, when available, to compare pallet-column heights.
- If the first extra floor pattern is refused, LOP tries another that distributes heavier pallets between the front and back, under the same unit-count and hard-constraint checks.
- After a solve, including Optimize All, LOP can replace a floor pallet that cannot carry another with an unplaced pallet that can, then stack the first on it. It keeps the swap only if more units fit, no plan item, fragile class or non-stackable class loses units, and no hard finding is added or worsened.
- Validate shows calculated securing findings, and the PDF includes the calculated fills, wall loads and lashing alternative for each container with cargo. Air ULDs, tanks and custom containers are not assessed.
- The old pallet stability score and rating are removed from the editor and PDF; Securing guidance still lists wrap, strapping and top-sheet suggestions as rules of thumb.
- Each plan can declare its transport modes, surfaces and vehicle-body rating in Transport & handling; securing cards and the PDF use those declarations and name who made them.
- The securing calculation uses the CTU Code’s lower friction value for a plastic pallet on plywood.
- Enter each truck’s vehicle data and chosen rules in Vehicle. Validate reports calculated axle, coupling and weight findings: estimated data give warnings, confirmed data can give hard findings, and missing data are not assessed.
- For a truck with cargo and vehicle data, the PDF adds a Truck axle loads (calculated) page: a load chart and calculated loads when the data can be assessed, or Not assessed when data are missing. Estimated data are marked on the chart.
- PDF sequence tables and Step Cards, CSV placed rows and Excel loading sheets now follow the same loading order: each container is completed in plan order, with step numbers continuing across containers.
- PDF layer diagrams are a separate by-height reference, without execution step numbers; use the numbered sequence for loading.
- Within each Loading Group, the printed loading order lists a unit after every unit it rests on; Loading Group order takes priority across groups.
2026-10-20
- The PDF’s centre-of-gravity line rounds like Validate: offsets away from zero and limits toward zero, so rounding cannot make an offset appear inside a limit it exceeds.
- If you have never chosen pallet preferences, GMA and EUR are available by default again.
- If you have never chosen container preferences, the picker shows all container types again.
- Empty Load Plans, Item Library, Forwarders and Analytics pages explain the next step, and the empty desktop Items panel offers Add an item.
- Completing or skipping the desktop editor tour is remembered on your account, including in another browser.
- When a Forwarders search has no matches, Clear search returns to your saved contacts.
2026-10-19
- The standard pallet catalog now follows the manufacturers' sheets. GMA is 121 mm high (NWPCA), EUR2 is 162 mm and weighs 35 kg (EPAL 2), and the UK pallet is 161 mm (IPP). Half and quarter pallets take forks from all four sides. The Australian pallet takes forks from two sides and weighs 34 kg (Loscam). Pallets in plans you already built keep their values; new pallets use the new ones. GMA loads can now double-stack where the real pallets fit; tall EUR2 and UK loads may no longer double-stack where the real pallets would not.
- Pallet types now always list in the same order: the standard types first, then your custom types, oldest first. When you add a pallet, it starts on the first of your active types in that order.
- Item forms warn when weight does not fit size, and Validate shows the finding as an Implausible density card; the material density hint has been removed.
- For single-container solves in all three modes, LOP also tries a floor pattern if an eligible loaded pallet is left unplaced, then solves the remaining cargo in Quick Plan mode around that pattern. It keeps the alternative only if it places more units in total, no plan item, fragile class or non-stackable class loses units, and no hard-constraint finding is added or worsened. Optimize All and multi-container solves do not use this extra pass.
- After Smart Plan or Maximum Fill, a notice reports when some shape-detail variants were skipped because the shape-data memory limit was reached; Quick Plan does not use this data.

-
Palletize All spreads eligible items in whole layers, with partial layers on separate pallets.
-
All planning modes reject stacked pallet pairs that fail the static stability rule, and bridging pallets share their load between supports.
-
New STEP uploads and Reprocess store solid mass properties when available; material volume is shown separately, packing volume follows the convex hull, and thumbnails are regenerated including meshed faces whose orientation was reversed.
-
Grouped pallet findings show the worst figure when severity is tied, and both finding panels identify the affected unit.
-
Validate pressure and volume figures follow your selected units.
-
A pallet’s drag preview includes its overhang space, and Auto-Pack results and fallback reasons stay visible on phones.
-
Current solver notes return after reloading in English or Turkish; layout changes hide outdated notes.
-
Solver notes report computed figures and diagnostic checks without claiming optimality or unmeasured failure causes.
-
Pallet bottom boards follow the standard layout when both the type code and platform match.
-
Documentation explains the balance thresholds and continuous score, the CoG minimap and the PDF’s balance and floor-load fields.
2026-10-17
- Turned pallets use their drawn footprint during solving, and locked pallets keep their horizontal orientation.
- STEP failure messages and pallet rotation labels display in your language; turning an unlocked pallet shows its lock confirmation.
- Stacked pallets are checked for static stability and load capacity; Validate follows your length and weight units, and the flat-top checkbox is removed.
2026-10-16
- STEP parts turned by 90° in the viewport can still use shape-true packing when compatible voxel data is available.
- Pallet placement reserves the permitted overhang space, and Auto-Pack works when editing an existing pallet.
- A failed STEP Reprocess request now shows the failure.
- Column, Interlock and Pinwheel patterns build the chosen arrangement and check each placement before keeping it.
- Spreadsheet imports recognize orientation instructions and warn when a value is unknown.
- Editing an item preserves imported Vertical Only and Horizontal Only preferences until you change its orientation checkbox.
- Validate checks inside placed pallets and groups each pallet’s findings by rule, with a unit count and a selection button.
- Auto-Pack explains when it switches a pattern to Best Fit, and keeps a layer turn only when it passes the placement checks.
- New solves save the plan’s gap so it is restored when you reopen the plan.
- Space Utilization excludes solver spacing and no longer counts the air between two stacks joined by a bridging pallet.
- After mesh processing, reprocessing or re-uploading an angled STEP part keeps the bounding box shown for its saved library orientation.
2026-10-15
- On phones, container and pallet libraries use row cards, and the item editor puts the preview first.
2026-10-14
- Solver-generated plan notes are available in English and Turkish without an AI request, including in PDF and Excel exports.
- Each container tab shows its own current space and weight usage as you edit the plan.
2026-10-13
- Undo and Redo now cover item moves in the editor.
2026-10-08
- Validate findings appear as cards in the score panel.
- STEP processing warnings stay in the item’s own panel and distinguish confirmed dimensions from dimensions that need checking.
2026-10-07
- Imported rows with the same product name share one colour.
- Cylinders display along their placed axis, and newly added cylinders can be dragged into the plan without an extra edit.
2026-10-06
- PDF, Excel and CSV downloads preserve Turkish characters in plan filenames.
- Dragging an item within its own footprint now completes the drop, and cancelling a drag restores its position.
- Cylinders can be solved with a nonzero gap between items.
2026-10-02
- The phone editor uses a full-width viewport and bottom sheets.
- The documentation has clearer link contrast, named language controls and more accessible search results.
2026-09-30
- Create a pallet or rack in the library from a 3D file.
