What LOP Does
LOP takes your list of items (boxes, pallets, cylinders — any shape) and a target container or truck, then uses a multi-stage optimization engine to produce a detailed 3D load plan. The result is more than a diagram: it's a fully scored, constraint-validated, AI-explained loading sequence you can hand directly to your warehouse team.

3D Interactive Visualization View your load plan from any angle in real time. Rotate, zoom, and inspect individual items. Switch between 3D, top-down, front, side, and door-facing views with a single click.
AI-Powered Optimization Three solving modes — Quick Plan, Smart Plan, and Maximum Fill — let you choose between speed and thoroughness. The solver handles 6-axis item rotation, crush strength limits, fragile item constraints, hazmat separation, and center-of-gravity balance automatically.
AI Plan Explainability After solving, ask LOP to explain why the plan looks the way it does. The AI analysis describes the loading strategy, identifies binding constraints, flags physical risks, and offers specific improvement suggestions — in plain language.
Multi-Container Planning Distribute items across multiple containers in a single plan. LOP assigns items intelligently and optimizes each container independently, then rebalances to minimize unused space.
Item Library Save your frequently used items and reuse them across plans. Import bulk item lists from Excel, CSV, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle WMS). 3D STEP/CAD models can be imported for items with irregular shapes.
Export-Ready Reports Generate professional PDF load plan reports, CSV packing lists, and multi-sheet Excel reports — ready to share with customers, carriers, or warehouse staff.
Plan Templates Save a container configuration and item set as a template. Apply it to future plans in one click to avoid re-entering the same data repeatedly.
Language Support
LOP is available in English and Turkish. You can switch languages at any time from your account settings. All documentation is maintained in both languages.

System Requirements
LOP runs entirely in your web browser — no software to install or update. You need:
- A modern browser: Chrome 110+, Firefox 115+, Safari 16+, or Edge 110+
- A stable internet connection (the 3D editor uses WebGL)
- A LOP account at app.lop.tools (opens in a new tab)
The 3D editor requires WebGL support. Most modern computers and tablets support this by default. If the 3D viewport does not load, try a different browser or check that hardware acceleration is enabled.
