Plans & Pricing Overview
LOP is offered as a subscription service with four tiers: Free, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier is designed for a different scale of logistics operation, from individual planners evaluating the platform to large organizations running hundreds of shipments per month.

Choosing the Right Plan
Free is suitable for individual evaluations or very occasional one-off plans. The item and plan count limits make it impractical for regular logistics operations, but it gives you a full experience of the core optimizer and 3D editor.
Professional is designed for individual logistics planners or small teams who run regular shipments. The 50-plan monthly limit is enough for daily planning at most SMB operations. STEP import, AI analysis, and ERP integration are included, giving you the full feature set for a single planner.
Business is for logistics teams running high-volume operations — freight forwarders, 3PLs, large manufacturers. Unlimited plans, unlimited team members, custom branding on exports, and priority support are the key additions over Professional.
Enterprise is for organizations that need custom integrations, API access, compliance SLAs, or volume pricing. Contact the LOP sales team for a tailored proposal.
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you choose whether to subscribe or revert to the Free tier.
Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing is offered at a discount equivalent to two months free.
Plan usage counters (plans created, items added) reset on the first day of each billing period.
Changing Your Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:
- Upgrading takes effect immediately. You gain access to new features and higher limits right away.
- Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current tier's access until then.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit
If you reach the plan or item limit on your current tier, LOP shows an upgrade prompt when you attempt to exceed the limit. Existing plans and data are not affected. See Plan Limits for full details.
Payment Methods
LOP accepts major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Iyzico. Invoices are available in your account under Settings → Billing → Invoices.
