Plans & Pricing Overview

LOP is offered as a subscription service with four tiers: Free, Professional, Business, and Enterprise. Each tier is designed for a different scale of logistics operation, from individual planners evaluating the platform to large organizations running hundreds of shipments per month.

Choosing the Right Plan

Free is suitable for individual evaluations or very occasional one-off plans. It gives you a full experience of the core optimizer and the 3D editor, but exports, the item library, templates and AI analysis are not included — it is an evaluation tier rather than a working one.

Professional is designed for individual logistics planners or small teams who run regular shipments. Load plans are unlimited; each plan holds up to 200 items across up to 5 containers, which covers daily planning at most SMB operations. AI analysis, ERP/WMS import and PDF, Excel and CSV export are all included. STEP/CAD import is not — that starts at Business.

Business is for logistics teams running high-volume operations — freight forwarders, 3PLs, large manufacturers. Unlimited items and containers per plan, STEP/CAD import, up to 25 seats, custom branding on exports, and priority support are the key additions over Professional.

Enterprise is for organizations that need custom integrations, API access, compliance SLAs, or volume pricing. Contact the LOP sales team for a tailored proposal.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions on Professional and Business are seat-based: a fixed monthly base fee plus a per-seat monthly fee for each active team member on the organization. Professional is billed monthly only. Business offers both monthly and annual billing, and annual is offered at a discount equivalent to two months free.

Plan usage counters (plans created, items added) reset on the first day of each billing period.

Changing Your Plan

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time:

• Upgrading a monthly subscription unlocks the new tier right away and is billed at your next renewal — your renewal date does not move.
• Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep your current tier's access until then.
• On an annual subscription there is no tier change to make — Business is the only annual plan. Moving to Professional means cancelling: your paid access runs to the end of the annual term, and you then subscribe to Professional monthly.
• Monthly and annual billing cannot be switched on an existing subscription. To change cycle, cancel and subscribe again on the cycle you want.

What Happens When You Hit a Limit

If you reach the plan or item limit on your current tier, LOP shows an upgrade prompt when you attempt to exceed the limit. Existing plans and data are not affected. See Plan Limits for full details.

Payment Methods

LOP accepts major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely by iyzico. Your invoice is issued to the billing details on your organization.

Which currency you are charged in is decided by the country you select at checkout — Türkiye is charged in Turkish lira (TRY), every other country in US dollars (USD). You choose that country in the checkout form, before the payment page opens, so the currency is settled before you enter any card details.

TRY prices are shown KDV included — the figure on screen is the figure charged. Before you subscribe, the Pricing page also offers a display-currency selector (USD / EUR / TRY) for orientation; where a figure is only a conversion it is marked with ≈ at the TCMB daily rate. Once you have an active subscription the selector is hidden and your own settlement currency is shown instead.

A card issued in Türkiye can only be charged in TRY.
