Past Offers

Past Offers is the history of every quote request you've sent. It's where you go to see who you asked, when, and for which plan — and where you record the rates forwarders quote back.

Open it from the Past Offers tab on the Forwarders (🏢) page.

What the List Shows

Quote requests are listed newest first. Each entry shows:

  • Plan name — the load plan the quote was for
  • Date — when the request was sent
  • Route — Port of Loading → Port of Discharge (POL → POD)
  • Mode — the transport mode for the request
  • Status — where the request stands (for example, sent, or responded once you've recorded at least one reply)

Each entry also lists the forwarders the request went to, along with the send status for each one.

What It Doesn't Show

Past Offers shows the details of the request — the plan, route, forwarders, and status — but not the body of the emails you sent. The message text and the PDF live in your own Sent folder, not in LOP.

Past Offers is a record of who you asked and for what, not a copy of your correspondence. If you need the exact email you sent, look in your Outlook Sent items.

Recording Responses

Past Offers is also where you enter what each forwarder quoted back. On a quote request, select a forwarder and enter their reply — the price, transit time, validity, and notes. Once two or more forwarders on the same request have responses, you can compare them side by side.

See Recording & Comparing Responses for the full steps.
